Introducing

The Tomannex Group

In the early 19th century, the term Experiential was first introduced.

Combining two words: Experience (an event or occurrence that leaves an impression on someone) and Inferential (using observation and background to reach a logical conclusion); Experiential was derived as a definition of creating an occurrence or impression that leads one to a logical conclusion.

Over the last two decades, marketers have begun embracing the term as a marketing strategy to create in-person experiences that lead a target audience to a desired outcome (i.e. advocate my brand | embrace my product/offering | buy my product or service).

In today’s competitive landscape, with the accelerated pace of innovation being outpaced only by consumer expectations, companies are being forced to embrace experiential marketing as a means of competitive differentiation. It has quickly become one of, if not the largest, single spend in an integrated marketing portfolio.

But how do you determine if your strategy is working effectively? That is often where companies fall short.

Hope is not a strategy and thus “hoping” that you get results is not sustainable, especially as marketing spends are increasing in order to stay both relevant and competitive.

Without an Experiential Strategy as a foundation; and continuous evaluation and evolution of that strategy based on data, insights and informed observations; eventually the best laid plans will fall short.

While numerous agencies are pitching Experiential Marketing as part of their broader offerings to do everything live event related, at The Tomannex Group, we focus on doing only 3 things; Brilliantly!
